Raptor 1's on 2. Raptor 1, we have a crowd disturbance with possible armed parties at 1922 Locust Street. 1922 Locust Street. At least three people were seen with guns. We do have a description of a 25-year-old black male, blue shirt and shorts, that had a firearm in his waistband. Parties were last seen yelling in the area. There's about 30 to 50 people here.
