Trash in progress, Dollar General, 3101 Mount Vernon Avenue. Checked the lot for a large van, all doors and the hood are open. Was running an extension cord to the ice machine outlet. Male is possibly homeless and has been doing this at night, stealing electricity. She's with them, coming in and finding all the ice melted.
