Any units available for a 962 on I-17 and Bell Road? Vehicles are blocking on and off ramps, and the vehicles are driving on the wrong side of the road to get around the 962.

Rescue 41 to HPD. Rescue 41, go ahead. Do you have officers to send to a 962, Bell Road and I-17 westbound, just east of the freeway? It's blocking multiple lanes of traffic, both on and off ramps of the freeway. And people are driving on the wrong side of the road to get around it.
