19019 South Ruth Drive, 19019 South Ruth Drive. Someone pulled into the 17's driveway, got out, walked on her property with a flashlight and got back in the vehicle. Unknown vehicle description. Advised no description of the subject that got out either. They stayed in their car for about 10 minutes before leaving. They just left last seen headed towards Richard. 17 refused, just wants the area checked.
