I need to start for this check at Hosmer and Michigan Avenue. Caller says there's two homeless individuals out here harassing passerbys, with their vehicles. So, there's one that's passed out on the sidewalk on Hosmer, just south of Michigan Avenue, and another unknown subject, wearing a green shirt. He's walking around. Still in the area, so there is a lot of tornadoes near, and thinks they need to be checked on.
