This will be at Storm Mountain Park. 30 to 50 people are playing in the park with kayaks and swimming. Parking lot is not flooded. You can access it from the street. The park is flooded and the complainant needs help getting people safely out. 20 or more people are swimming at the park. Complainant is saying that there's a drain with major suction that will endanger them if they don't leave. Both copy, en route. 2038.
