10-4. 1752 West Hidalgo Avenue, 58 on the south. To check on a late, golden-brown, large-sized dog, possibly a German Zebra that's been in a cage and has been barking on the front porch with no food or water. The caller, Julia, says it's an ongoing issue with her neighbor who left their dogs in that cage. Also advises that the neighbor has more dogs in the backyard, unknown how many. Julia does want telephone contact. It is 1834. Is there a unit to follow?
