24, Rescue 24. Auto accident, 306 9th Street. A 69-year-old male, conscious and breathing. He said he was hit by a car. The vehicle fled the scene. Wintergatan PD is arriving on scene. The caller thinks the patient might be under the influence. The caller was a passerby who stopped to help. No one is trapped or pinned. Everybody is completely awake. Unknown if there are injuries. 2129.
