118 East Lincoln, apartment B. Said they heard someone running through the hallway, banging on the apartment door. Said it sounded like they were running away. They're requesting you come out and check the area and through the halls there. They said they've had some issues with some individuals in the apartment previously. Not sure if it was them or not.
