Police say that on Thursday, Aug. 13, around 10:10 a.m., a 43-year-old man was in a verbal argument with the individual in front of a location on Village Lane, in Far Rockaway, when the person pulled out a sharp cutting instrument and slashed him across the neck, causing a severe laceration. The individual then fled south on Beach 22nd Street. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The NYPD is asking for the public's help identifying a person wanted in a neck-slashing in Queens.
