Complainant advised there are squatters in the apartment next to them, and a male was seen urinating on the complainant's balcony in front of his children. Suspect's male black, 60s, gray shirt, blue jeans, possibly in apartment number 6. Advised it's an ongoing problem. 4249, 4243. 37, hold that for us, 63.
