613 Tom. 2961 Henry, SR 51 in Highland on the southbound on-ramp. The accident occurred on Highland before the on-ramp, but complainant's in a gray Kia Sorento. There was a blue Tesla sedan that hit her. Unknown plate continued eastbound, and the complainant pulled over at this location. Contact Angela at 1734.
