advise of delay, TAC 172, Palmetto 262, Tome on the handle, 902 and 909T, Kidd Way and Avenue R Robert. Cross of 70 and 3D's, two-vehicle TC, no injuries. Informant's carry Honda Accord blocking street on Kidd Way, southbound of Avenue R Robert. Fire's going to be on scene and that's now three-vehicle TC at TAC 202. Palmetto units, update on the 480 at Rancho Vista Elementary, DP plate 63629 Charlie 3. Informant will be in front of the school.
