42. 10227 Westridge Road, caller's advising there's two juveniles hanging around this house that's potentially vacant. States going to be one Hispanic or Black male and one white male wearing gray shorts and a red t-shirt. Other one's wearing a black shirt and shorts, riding e-bikes. States they've been hanging around on the property for approximately a half hour. 10227 Westridge Road.
