King 216 for a reckless driver, High Street and Blue Mound. They were last seen pulling into the L.L. Bean parking garage. Caller reported that they were passing multiple vehicles, speeding at 55 miles an hour on Barker Road. It's a black Grand Wagoneer, tinted windows, Maryland plate, unable to read the 28. Caller is willing to make a statement.
