In regards to this theft that just occurred, 9636, 9536 South Woodlawn, Ms. Freeman says two male Black children around 11 years old stole her son's orange and yellow bike 10 minutes ago. Another neighbor said that one male youth subject is from 96th and University. One wearing gray tank top, blue jeans, riding on an orange and yellow bike, no weapons seen, no further.
