And the driver of the Uber is refusing to return the phone to the caller. The suspect is going to be a Hispanic male, age 35, wearing a white shirt and jeans, driving a gray Toyota Prius. It's going to be car safe. Demanding $10 to return the phone to the rider for bringing it back. 63 Bar Lane in Monroe.
