For both Navy units, it's 3350 Creek Drive. 3350 Creek Drive. Our caller is advising that their friend, Estella Hoff and Cynthia, are outside arguing with each other. There's also a male, man-found, bouncing on scene. He's involved in the argument. There's no weapons, no intox, no drugs. Earlier this evening, our caller advised they were punched on the shoulder and then in the neck on the fist, but they never reported those incidents.
