. We're en route to a disturbance in progress at NP Mart 2801 O Ocean. Alicia with staff is calling in. They've got a 30-year-old white male, no shirt, tan pants, who is undressing. Possibly got some 38 issues. It's code 19 or code 74. Verbal with customers and staff and refusing to leave. He's been on location for about 10 minutes now. It's going to be at NP Mart.
