Copy, it's a 418 Tom at 725 West Southern Avenue at Taco Bell. White male, 50-years-old, he said, gray tank top, blue pants, gray shoes, wearing a Savera hat, black backpack, long hair, lots of tattoos, no weapons. Subject disregarded complainant, telling him the bathroom was not working, and he went in and clogged the toilet. Subject then refused to leave, last seen right outside. Opposing the employees for contact at 1618.
