It's going to be a burg in progress, 637 East Willow Street, 637 East Willow, off of North Townsend Street. Caller states two people are going towards the back of this abandoned, boarded-up house. It'll be a 23-year-old Black male and a White female. Male last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black or blue pants. Female last seen wearing a short blue shirt, jeans with dirty blonde curly hair. 1901.
