Dispatch 2, Paul 4, copy a signal 12, possible road rage. 4. Occurred at 17th and North Washington. It's reference to a silver sedan that threw something at the complainant's vehicle. They are eastbound on 12th Street. The caller is refusing to pull over until he gets the tag number of the 10-17's vehicle. 51, can you just advise them that we have means to get the other vehicle's tag and try to come in from the pullover? 10-4, we're trying.
