Alright, simulcast is busy. We're getting a ticket of a person with a knife at 3418 North Halstead, I guess near the hair salon. Dan says there's a homeless male, white, in the back of the facility, cutting open garbage bags with a knife. He's throwing garbage all over the place. He's wearing a tan coat, white pants, and athletic shorts over them. Nothing further.
