Specific time delay, this call came in around 1040 this morning. It was in front of 13204 8th Avenue, Fort South. Just one RP saying at the time there was a male and female arguing, cheating, they're in a relationship, and the female was saying get off me, and the RP did not want contact and there's no recent fires on the address.
