Juvenile complaint, Rainbow Park, 700 South 119th. Male Hispanic, 12 years old, dark shorts and clothing. And a female unknown, 12 years old, dark shorts and clothing. Both jumped the fence to the wading pool area. Happened about three minutes ago.
