85 Bushes on Dexter and Arbor, 7080 Dexter and Arbor Road. It's a blue Chevy Blazer, plate of Edward Edward Mary 112, with a white male wearing a tie-dye shirt who was shaking really badly and tried, was struggling to get in the car and shut the door. Caller asked if they needed help, said no, but our caller thought they looked intoxed, so they wanted him checked on.
