South 24 and Pacific. Caller's a bus rider, said at the southeast corner of the bus stop initially it was a subject who was just screaming and yelling, maybe has mental health issues. And they got on the bus and left themselves, but they said that he was walking off eastbound onto Puyallup Avenue. It's a White male, 40s, 6 foot, 180, brown hair with a beard, black clothing, orange sneakers. 1431.
