7776, retail theft at Walmart, 10600 Hussain Avenue. Angel stated, there's a male white concealing men's apparel on the bottom of his cart. He also damaged some clothing items along with some shampoo. He's wearing a black hat, a white t-shirt, black and white Nikes with gray basketball shorts. Currently at the register by the pharmacy side. Copy. Fortis, that's squad 163. 10-4.
