Carol Banks calling, reporting a 40-year-old light-skinned female in a black Toyota SUV, driving radically, trying to hit the caller with the vehicle, tried to back up over her. Has camera footage, no intoxication. Vehicle was last seen westbound on Bellevue. It's going to be Barry New York Registration. MEM 7426, Mary Echo Mary 7426. Incident occurred about a minute ago. About 10 minutes prior. 1634.
