There's a homeless person at the plaza, 1500 Canton Road, 1500 Canton Road. Caller advised he's been there for approximately an hour. Negative weapons or vehicles. He does have a cart with his belongings. He's got reddish hair with a beard, dark green camo coat. Caller's requesting an officer to loop through. Does not need contacted.
