I just had a civilian walk up to me, notify me that there is a belligerent male, seems to be intoxicated with a firearm at Moreland Package Store, 29 Moreland, next to the Texaco. He's sitting in a gold Mercedes Benz right now, but he is harassing the business owners and they advised he has a 69 gun.
