223, 229, check while being at Clifton and High. On High and Clifton, there's a family with a lot of children outside. One of the children has gotten into a vehicle and backed a car into the road. Three juveniles were outside at the time, all younger black males. Unknown further descriptions for the car, just said it's a passenger car.
