Gloucester Cinema on Essex Avenue. Caller reports the cinema employee called him. His boat is stored on their property, and the employee reports a male party going in and out of the boat today. He's out of town and can't check on it himself, but states there's a ladder on the back of the boat, on a trailer with a broken axle and a maroon cover in the back of the lot.
