Confused, doesn't know where he lives, hard time communicating. 90s white male, maroon sweatshirt, green sweatpants. Male has a cherry sitting in now. Maydale Fire District, 1301. Can you just check on the ETA from AMR? This gentleman's got a broken hip and he's bleeding from the arms.
