At 1955 East Maple Street, it's a Giant Eagle. You can check the parking lot. Caller stated that there's an orange golf cart with someone that was hanging off the back of it driving around the parking lot. It's currently parked in front of the store. She believes they're inside. Believes they came off a market. She wants to make sure they're not driving on the public roadways.
