Gonna be 27 Willow Road, 27 Willow Road. Caller's reporting a black male, approximately 6 foot, with a beard, wearing a yellow jacket, black pants. States he was from Meter Tech to check pipes. He was asked to leave and is refusing to leave. He's still outside. The caller's a 14-year-old male. No weapons, no alcohol.
