Attention any units in the area of State and Franklin. State and Franklin, we don't have any down- report of a hit-and-run accident that happened there. It's a black pickup with an American flag in the truck bed, hit a parked car and then take off. They pulled into the Quick Trip there off of Richmond Street, and then they don't know where they went from there. RP was able to get a plate. It's a 1999 black Dodge Dakota, so a smaller pickup. It has returned to address in Harrison.
