They made contact, and all they heard was someone yelling for the fire department. It's unknown what the problem is. Again, zone 323, now working for a fire alarm at the Fairmont Apartments at 5461 Penn Avenue, apartment 407. The alarm company did make contact with the subscriber, but they were saying they need the fire department.
