926, 929, it's titled animal neglect, 6417 Petrie Way, 6417 Petrie Way off of Philadelphia Road and a dead end. It's by the Navy Federal. Anonymous advising that there's a U-Haul parked at the location. They can hear a bunch of dogs inside barking and whining, but there's no person by the vehicle. It's a 15-foot box truck U-Haul, Alabama tag, Lincoln 6152.
