1144 for a nuisance, 401 Compass Road, 401 Compass Road, cross streets of Jandale Road and Martin Boulevard for Walgreens. Nicole advised that there is a female subject walking around in the parking lot talking to herself, has a cart with a lot of bags in it, getting in the way of vehicles in the parking lot and asking people for money. She's a Black female in her 40s, wearing a denim dress and a headband. She has a grocery cart with bags.
