According to the insurance industry, Baltimore drivers are the second most dangerous in the entire country. Sort of like communism. I have been driving for 70 years and never got a moving violation ticket and never caused an accident and never had my car stolen. But because of my zip code I have to pay big bucks for insurance. Totally not fair.
