Baker 53, Baker 57 at 11610 Memorial at the Walmart. Caller advised there's a subject sitting in a white Nissan SUV that's parked directly behind the potato box truck by Resto Federal Credit Union. Advise the subject is yelling and hitting things in their vehicle and the caller is concerned. 3, 10-4.
