Information for the Park 3 car regarding a 528 attempt, 425 Lyon, cross of Hayes and Grove. RP states a male is trying to light the church on fire. RP saw him light paper on fire at the base of the church building using a can of gasoline. When approached, the RP, the suspect took off in a white Toyota Gala license plate of 6 Frank George Tom 115. That's 6 Frank George Tom 115. It does come back to a 10-32 (Person or Vehicle Not Wanted) and current to a 2009 Toyota out of San Francisco.

Information for the Park 3 car regarding a 528 attempt, 425 Lyon, cross of Hayes and Grove. RP states a male is trying to light the church on fire.
