Corner of Main Street and Sterling Street, near Depot Square, we had a passerby call in reporting a male party in a darker colored truck with two American flags. When she passed by him, it appeared he was sleeping. She did honk her horn at him and he did wake up, but she is reporting that he's still in that area.
