Requesting for info of a possible reckless driver, DK driver, McKinley and West. It's a silver 2025 Mazda license plate, partial plate, 9 Sam Sam Edward. RP sounded extremely out of breath, saying it's her fault and her husband took off in it and is not in, not right in the head to drive. When trying to get further, she stated that, I don't know, my phone is going to die and hung up. No answer on callback.
