304, 320. 304, 320, start responding for a DC subject, West Main Street and Northeast Ave. Two subjects are both male, White. One is wearing a white hat, hoodie, and shorts, and the other subject was wearing some type of a robe. They're both 10-56 and were trying to hit the caller's friend. They grabbed his shirt. Caller states that they were in the alley around a church. 10-40.
