Cars, be advised, all lanes of traffic at I-55 southbound from South 3rd Street and all northbound and southbound lanes of traffic at South 3rd and I-55 are shut down until further notice due to an investigation. The 3rd Street Bridge is not passable. Please use an alternate route, 2117.
