All cars be on the lookout in the area of Washington Avenue and Heritage Green Parkway in the town of La Plata for a red sedan, unknown state, tax, Tom, Sam, Charlie, 5594. 1017 advised that the vehicle is driving recklessly on Washington Avenue and has flames coming out of the back. All cars be on the lookout at 2155.
