Unit 5, Baker 12 is en route to a suspicious vehicle, 1727 Grand Avenue Parkway at the QT. Caller's advising that customers told them that two vans were circling them while they were pumping gas. It was two white vans, unknown 28s. Once those subjects ran inside, the vans left the scene. Their last seen had an eastbound on Grand Avenue under the bridge of 35.
