3031, what's the call? Got B307 that was flagged down to check a vehicle at the cubby's parking lot, 601 South 13th Street. It's a black Mitsubishi, Colorado plate, Edward David Union Tom 01. No occupants. They were seen driving off on a white Chevy Traverse. White female in the driver's seat, black male behind the back passenger seat. B307 advised there was shell casings in the vehicle at the cubby's.
